What Areas Can You Help Me With?
Most of my clients are parents, people who want to improve their overall wellbeing, and families struggling with screen addiction. However, I also work with clients on other areas, and I will adapt the sessions to your needs if I feel I can work with you. Whether you want to build your confidence, stop feeling guilty or pleasing others, set boundaries or spent less time on your screens, I’m here to help you uncover solutions and move forward.
What Is Your Approach to Coaching?
My coaching style is warm, non-judgemental and focused on what works for you. Every session is a partnership where we’ll explore what’s holding you back, uncover your strengths, and create a realistic plan to help you reach your goals. My approach is mostly based on neuroscience and transactional analysis, and I sometimes use breathwork, visualisation or more specific tools to help you think and reflect, but always if that's something you are happy to do. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in getting to where you want to be.
How Do Sessions Work?
We’ll begin with a free 30-minute discovery call to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit. From there, coaching sessions will be held online at a time that works for you. Each 60-minute session provides a safe, supportive space where you can bring whatever’s on your mind—whether you have specific goals or just need clarity on where to start. I’ll guide you with thoughtful questions to help you reflect, challenge your beliefs, and identify practical actions to move forward.
How Long Does Coaching Take?
It depends on your goals and needs. Some people gain clarity in as few as 6 sessions, while others prefer to work together over several months for long-term goals and deeper transformation . We’ll discuss what feels right for you during the discovery call. Often, one thing leads to another and client choose to have a longer coaching relationship! I also offer monthly "Check-Ins Sessions" to my clients once they have ended their main coaching with me, to reflect on their progress, stay accountable, and keep moving forward.
What Makes Coaching With You Different?
My clients often tell me that they love my energy and approachable personality, as well as my true involvement in their progress. I am also a qualified and accredited coach, which means that I meet the rigorous standards of recognised coaching bodies (in my case, the ICF and the EMCC), ensuring I adhere to ethical guidelines and proven coaching methodologies. My life experience also makes me the coach that I am—I come from a multicultural background, I am a former corporate leader, and a mum who has faced her own struggles with confidence, both as a parent and beyond.
Are the coaching sessions confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is at the heart of our coaching relationship. Everything we discuss during your sessions is strictly private and won't be shared with anyone. I may take a few notes to help guide our work, but these will be securely destroyed afterward in line with GDPR best practices. As a coach, I am bound by professional confidentiality and fully adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.

I always say that it’s impossible to be coached and not grow as a person. You will already feel different after your first coaching session! Coaching and personal growth go hand in hand, and the process is designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction. It’s not just about quick fixes—it’s about giving you the tools you need to become the person you want to be. You can expect to uncover new insights, challenge old patterns, move forward and grow as a person.
